From June 30 to July 2, 2025, the 20th Plant Science Student Conference (PSSC) will take place at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK) Gatersleben. This long-standing conference is aimed at students and early-career researchers in the field of plant sciences.

The event offers young scientists the opportunity to present their current research through oral and poster presentations and to exchange ideas with peers as well as experts from academia and industry. The program is complemented by keynote lectures from renowned scientists, hands-on workshops, and a variety of networking opportunities – including interactions with industry representatives.
