The purpose of the biennial ICPMB is to provide an international forum for junior and senior academics researchers worldwide who specialize in various aspects of plant mitochondrial biology. The conference will facilitate the exchange of research results, ideas, and to bring emerging concepts to the forefront. With about 50 conferences and two poster sessions planned, the event will illustrate the dynamism and excellence of research in a field that is a major challenge for plant biology and agronomy, in the context of climate change.
