Protein-Protein interaction (PPI) networks is a key layer for the understanding of molecular mechanisms and cellular pathways in the cells. A broad range of approaches has been developed to characterize interactions between proteins. In the last years, this field is evolving fast with the emergence of refined tools such as proximity labeling, cross-linking proteomics and more accurate predictions. The symposium intends to showcase and discuss around the different experiences implementing these technologies but also boost collaborative projects between labs. The symposium will feature the participation of renowned scientists in the field on three sessions dedicated to plants and a last session on new emerging tools and predictions.
